- 2 Years of professional apartment management experience assisting residents with maintenance requests with a minimum of a 200-unit apartment community, HOA, or property management company maintenance department.
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Resident Services Specialist, Maintenance Dispatch, or Tenant Relations.
- Current training in Fair Housing is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task and follow up to completion.
- Available for emergency calls on evenings and weekends
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- High School Diploma or GED, minimum.

- Assist current residents with service requests and other concerns with a professional, helpful, and courteous attitude.
- Work with Property Supervisors and provide updates on outstanding maintenance requests and the status of unit turns.
- Issue notices to residents with a strong attention to detail and correct information.
- Follow up on all maintenance requests until completion and achieve resident satisfaction.
- On–call for emergency requests on evenings and weekends
- Other general office duties and assist fellow associates in all functions of the office.
- Comply with all State, Local, and Federal Fair Housing and ADA laws.

- Recent Apartment property management experience as an Account Administrator, Assistant Portfolio Manager, Assistant Manager, or property Bookkeeper with a minimum of 400 apartment homes required.

- Set up vendors in the method prescribed and follow up to ensure all requirements are met.
- Set up new residents in the property management-specific system.
- Limited assistance to current residents by providing information related to their rental accounts.
- Process payroll.
- Data entry and electronic filing of invoices.
- Assist with owner reports.
- Process Rent Increases, Business Licenses, Unit Reg/SCEP payments and registrations.
- Oversee Property Tax and Insurance payments and accrual accounting for them.
- Complete limited bank reconciliations.
- Contribute to year-end analysis and special projects.
- Assess and evaluate processes and procedures and make suggestions to achieve the highest level of performance.
- Maintain a high level of PM software knowledge and always strive to learn more and share with the rest of the team.
