Property Management Personnel’s goals are two fold: Assist you to achieve your goal in the property management industry. Property Management Personnel clients expect us to provide qualified and fully screened candidates for all open positions by completing the application process. In order to be considered for our clients positions the application must be fully completed.

To be considered for our open positions you are required to fully and accurately complete this application yourself and indicate the position(s) that interest you.  Please be sure to complete this application in the most thorough and cautious manner possible, our screening processes will disclose inaccurate, false, incomplete and/or omitted information Erroneous or incomplete information may be considered grounds for ineligibility or termination of employment.

This application will remain on file for 180 days from the date herein, after which time you should resubmit a new application if you are interested in a position with our company. Our application is proprietary information and is not to be shared.

Employment Experience: Complete all employer information for the past 10 years including: phone number, address, job title, dates of employment, supervisor’s name, and the reasons for leaving. If your experience will not fit one the one page provided you may fill out additional employment pages.

Professional References: Provide full and complete information including length of acquaintance, phone numbers and emails for your professional references. Relatives and friends will not be considered. Professional references include previous supervisors, co-workers and those you have performed work for or with.

Education, Certifications, and Licenses: Please include full and complete information for all education, certifications and licenses. Please bring copies of all diplomas, certificates and licenses with you to your interview or upload electronically.

Background Checks and Drug ScreeningThe nature of the positions we place require that we conduct complete full background screening and may include: employment verifications, professional references, credit checks, Social Security check, eviction check, and criminal background. We will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the Los Angeles Ban the Box Law and Fair Hiring Initiative and in compliance with the EEOC.
